A three-building office campus with a shared green courtyard, underground parking and a high-performance glass façade.
The Challenge
The site bordered a live river park and an operating industrial zone. The programme required phased handover so the first tenant could move in while the remaining buildings were still under construction.
Our Solution
We split the site into independent work zones with separate access routes, used prefabricated façade units to shorten the envelope programme, and coordinated all trades in a shared BIM model to eliminate clashes before they reached site.
